WASHINGTON - The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3, a division of global company Tetra Tech, Nasdaq: TTEK) is pleased to welcome Jennifer L. Hara to lead efforts to expand IP3’s capacity building and consulting practices in North America.
Jennifer brings over fifteen years of experience in the private sector, focusing on government contracts, public relations and communications for a small investment banking consulting firm, where she lead the business development and relationship building across all infrastructure sectors, including transportation and energy. Jennifer brings with her an intimate knowledge of PPPs in the United States and Canada, innovative financing programs of the US federal government, and an understanding of political decision making, international project finance, economic and strategic planning, and business negotiations and communications. She has a Master of Arts in International Economics from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Politics from Seattle University.
