WASHINGTON- Keiko Honda, Chief Executive Officer for the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), and David Baxter, President of the Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3) in Washington, D.C., will give opening remarks as Keynote Speaker and Chairperson, respectively, at the 5th PPPs in Emerging Markets Summit in Dubai. The conference, to take place from February 22-23, is a leading forum for PPPs and Project Finance, and will be attended by Ministers, Presidents, Chairmen, Director Generals, CEO, Managing Directors, Directors, Heads, General Managers, Advisors, and Specialists
The conference gives access to emerging markets from across Africa, the Americas, Asia, the Pacific, Europe and the Middle East for a program of capacity building and networking with project finance leaders across government agencies, investors, project sponsors, EPCs and consultants. David Baxter will chair the first day of the conference and will later moderate a session focusing on the key challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for rail PPPs, as well as case studies on recent projects. Mr. Baxter recently discussed rail and transportation PPPs in his weekly LinkedIn article which is read by over 4,000 people worldwide.
