IP3 Expands Operations in Latin America
IP3 is expanding its consulting services in Latin America with a focus on covering the cycle of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). These new initiatives are comprised by support for the development of institutional and regulatory frameworks, project structuring, procurement and bidding strategy design, supervision of PPP contracts, and transactions.

Jennifer brings with her an intimate knowledge of PPPs in the United States and Canada, innovative financing programs of the US federal government, and an understanding of political decision making, international project finance, economic and strategic planning, and business negotiations and communications.
IP3 and Tecnologico de Monterrey Launch PPP Collaboration in Mexico and Latin America
