IP3 Trains ECOWAS Member States in the Canary Islands, Spain

Jennifer brings with her an intimate knowledge of PPPs in the United States and Canada, innovative financing programs of the US federal government, and an understanding of political decision making, international project finance, economic and strategic planning, and business negotiations and communications.
