The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3) advises public and private entities, including multilateral financial institutions, international organizations, national and regional governments, corporations, banks or investment funds in all transactional aspects and encompassing the entire project cycle of public-private partnerships (PPPs). IP3 provides multidisciplinary advisory services in planning and structuring infrastructure projects in multiple sectors, as well as traditional and non-traditional procurement analytic techniques, applying the latest risk management processes to assist in developing policies and guidelines for infrastructure project management.
